At Shopovix.store, we care about your satisfaction. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product is not as described on our website

Note:

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are used or damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased under clearance, sale, or final offers (unless defective)

  • Personal care or hygiene products (due to safety concerns)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at shopovixstore@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images of the item (showing defect or issue)

    • Reason for return

  2. Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the item.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI/Card/etc.).

  • You’ll get a confirmation email once your refund is complete.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or payment account again.

  • Then contact your bank — processing times may vary.

  • Still no refund? Email us at shopovixstore@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.


6. Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Sent in the wrong size or color (based on what you ordered)

To request an exchange, contact us with your Order ID and issue description.


7. Shipping for Returns

  • If return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the shipping cost.

  • In other cases, return shipping will be your responsibility.

  • Always use a trackable courier service and share the tracking ID with us.
